The Environment is very important to Century Office and we accept that we are responsible for contributing to the protection and development thereof.

The Directors are committed to the continual improvement of Century’s performance in this regard and monitor and review regularly the ways in which we can minimise any negative effects to the environment.

It is the policy of this firm to review the methods of operation, the use of resources and the management of such. It is our aim to use the most appropriate technique or product at all times. This is to be achieved by the specification of recycled/recyclable products and sustainable resources wherever possible together with responsible management of waste disposal.

The Company will:

• Comply, as a minimum with all environmental legislation and regulations
• Enhance environmental quality wherever possible
• Use resources from sustainable sources wherever possible
• Reduce the environmental impact of waste created wherever possible, and encourage suppliers to do the same
• Investigate the refurbishment of existing structures/equipment/service as an alternative to replacement
• Encourage its suppliers to participate in initiatives to reduce the company’s environmental impact
• Review the policy and objectives regularly and improve upon them wherever possible
• Make the policy available to the general public and other interested parties
